I was out of bacon but had some cubed ham chunks, so I used that. It was really good. I made buttered peas & carrots on the side. It was a quick & easy meal.

IF you like Hashbrowns you will love these.The Cheese added to it just makes all of it awsome. Kids couldn't get enough.

This was good, but use the cheese it calls for. I used sharp cheddar as that was all I had, but it was a little too much flavor with the bacon. Very filling.

These were very good! instead of using "real" bacon I used bacon bits! It was still deicious...will make again!

Very good, very easy to make!! I added a little garlic, salt & pepper for a little jazz. Also I used real bacon bits rather than actual bacon. Turned out great ;)

This was delicious but I made a few changes to suit our tastes. First, I used a precooked 8oz. ham steak and sauteed it in a little butter, then just added the hashbrowns and once cooked, i added the chesse. So I really changed the basic recipe but my verison was delicious for the two of us! Thanks.

I really enjoyed this dish. It would be perfect for a potluck brunch. I only wish there were more left over. I will definitely double this one next time.
