Husband and two picky eater kids LOVED these. Double the recipe for a family of four or you won't have enough!

These muffins are awesome! I sprinkled in a little bit of cumin and chili powder for an extra kick. Really great flavor.

I loved these muffins,they were so good. I did goof up though, I forgot to add in the cheese, but they still tasted great. It will just give me an excuse to make them again. I served it along with cheesy shepards pie. Yum.

Hey, good stuff! Was a hit with a big hot dish of Spanish rice made with ground beef. Personally we loved the cheese in these and the extra zesty flavor of the salsa!

Don't like the cheese in muffins. I would like a plain muffin I could add dates to.
