Ham & Cheddar in a Loaf

What You Need

lb. frozen bread dough, thawed

pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/4

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

egg, beaten

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

FLATTEN dough on lightly floured surface. Roll into 12x8-inch rectangle with rolling pin. Top with ham to within 1/2 inch of edges. Mix cheddar and dressing; spread over ham.

MOISTEN edges of dough with water. Fold lengthwise into thirds; pinch seams together to seal. Place, seam-side down, on lightly greased baking sheet. Cut several slits in top. Brush with egg; sprinkle with Parmesan.

BAKE 35 to 40 min. or until golden brown. Cool 10 min. before slicing.

Veggie Lover's: Use OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Turkey Breast, substitute PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread for the dressing and add 1/2 cup shredded carrots to the filling.

What can I substitute for the miracle whip? My daughter can't have mayo b/c of an allergy. Thanks.

The only thing I would change is to reduce amt of miracle whip used...otherwise it was a hit!

This was really easy to make. I used cream cheese instead of the miracle whip. Next time I am going to try some of the different flavored cream cheese with different lunchmeat.

My family and I loved this recipe; it was easy and delicious. Next time though I might try to lower the sodium content.

one more thing, i used kraft mayo instead of miracle whip. i dont really like sour taste with a bread but with mayo, it turned out veerrrry delicious!

My 4 yr old had so much fun making this, she was so proud. She doesn't like mayo, so we may have to revize for next time but she still ate it all.

This was a great, I made this with our tomatoe soup instead of plain old grilled cheese, everyone loved it !!! Very easy too!!
