This was easy to make and preparation was fairly quick. I made four different variations for a poker game, everyone seemed to enjoy them.

It tasted very good, but the egg baked onto my baking pan and I couldn't get it off. We ended up having to throw the pan away!

I used Turkery Pepperoni, Roasted Red Peppers and mushrooms with mozzarella cheese instead of the ham & cheese. It was great!

Great recipe, appealed to a large group of varied appetites. Since I was planning on feeding a large group I wanted to offer variety so I used this recipe as a starting point for various combination. The biggest hit was the Rueben variation with corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss and Thousand Island dressing. Be sure to drain the sauerkraut very well or you'll wind up with a soggy bottom. Very transport-friendly recipe...just wrap in double layer of aluminum foil, stayed warm for a good long time.

How fun. The variations are endless. My son loved it and he is a 15 yr. old picky eater. He so loved it and so did I. Very good and fast just add your favorites.

My family of 5 enjoyed this. I have three small children, and they all ate this well too. I actually made this, baked for approximately 10 minutes, let it cool, wrapped in foil and froze. When ready to serve, I thawed it in refrigerator, and continued baking for maybe 40 minutes. I had to check and make sure it was not doughy in the center.

I did like this recipe, but it wasn't anything to write home to Mom about. I will probably make this recipe again, but I will definitely add some veggies, like broccoli, to add more color and flavor.
