I love this side dish it was great with the BBQ chicken from this magizine too. Plus my daughter who is three loved it. Great cold the next day too.

My son, who is hesitate to even eat vegetables, ate it because of the dressing and cheese combination. I cooked it in a foil bag on the grill and used the low-fat dressing, it was excellent. Definitely a keeper for our family.

I steamed the zucchini and peppers, then tossed them in the dressing and parmesan. It'd be great (5*) on the grill.

I scaled this recipe down as I was only making it for two, but it was DELICIOUS!!! I really didn't think the dressing and parmesan would make THAT much of a difference. I sure am glad I tried this. Will definitely be making again! (Oh, I cut all my veggies up and placed them in a foil bag with some butter and a little seasoning salt before placing on the grill.)

This recipe was great! It is something that can be prepped ahead and then just add the dressing and parmasan cheese before grilling. A family favorite!
