I loved it! My family wasn't too fond of it though! I guess I will make it for myself in the future!

Fast and delicious! I used tenders cut up in pieces instead of chicken breasts. I drizzled the chicken with olive oil, salt and pepper, added more cheese, and finely chopped onion to the stuffing mix. Very good, will totally make again!

I can't give it 5 stars b/c I changed some things. First, I cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and marinated them in Italian dressing. I used dried Italian seasoning instead of the dried basil. I also used fire roasted tomatoes, artichokes, and fresh parsley in the stuffing mix. It tasted really good with my additions.

I used frozen chicken so it took an hour for the chicken to be done. By then maybe the dressing was over cooked? I found it bland. Not much flavor. My husband said it was okay. If I made it again, I would try some of the tips mentioned by others.

This was so easy to make! I should be ashamed of myself. Hubby loved it. I did tweak the recipe a little bit. I added more basil to the chicken and added Italian seasoning to the tomatoes along with basil. I did add extra cheese on top also.
