I really enjoyed this quick, budget-friendly meal. It had some much flavor from the stuffing. My family loved it! I added a little dried oregano to the dish also. Thanks for the yummy dish!

I have company ask for it over and over again. It is super easy and clean up is a breeze. I add garlic or other spices depending on the day.

I have made this often..Hubby and I love it! I play with the spices, sometimes using fresh basil, more garlic.tonight's has combo of swiss and mozzarella..... Have served to company and they all raved!! Thanks for a keeper!

I made this a while back and I thought it was delicious and even packed it as a lunch for next day. My husband and kids however didn't like it at all but they are very picky so that was no surprise. I still thought it was awesome, easy to make and no adjustments needed. I'd make this again even if it's just for me :)

It was good! I would like it if it had more vegetables, but it still tasted good. I did add a bit more basil than the recipe called for and used regular mozzarella, but other than that, I followed the recipe.

it was a little dry as is. next time I'll put some of the tomato juice from the can and more cheese. very simple

Great recipe! Super easy and quick to whip together and delicious! The only little additions I made were some raw, sliced mushrooms to the stuffing mix and for the diced tomatoes I used Hunt's Diced Tomatoes w/ green pepper, celery, and onion. Sprinkled a little garlic pepper on each chicken breast too (didn't chop up the breasts). And cooked for about 30-35 minutes. Turned out fabulous! A new favorite of ours :)
