It was a bust with my family. Did not care for the consistancy of the stuffing. Definitely did not make enough to feed two hungry teenage boys. Too bad I was excited to make this based on all the rave reviews.

I amde htis over a year ago. I would suggest using cooked chicken. It is a great recipe very tasty but took a lil onger to cook then stated. I will be making again.

I made this before and used raw chicken since the recipe doesn't specify to used cooked...my chicken was severely undercooked when the time was up. I will probably make it again, but will try partially cooked chicken.

Made this and it was good, not fantastic. Substituted Italian Diced tomatoes and used Stove Top Sage which added a little more spice and taste to it. Also added 2 cups of cheese and just mixed the chicken, cheese and basil together and then topped it with the stuffing. Helps to spray the pan with Pam in order to prevent it from sticking to the pan.

Sooo good! I've made this countless times..great for potluck! I've also substituted pepper jack cheese for the Mozzarella, cliantro for the basil and Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilis for the diced tomatoes...delicious!!

I've made this twice... I'm not really into casserole type dishes but THIS IS DELICIOUS. It was hard to have leftovers of this but I managed to save a little for my lunch the next day... STILL DELICIOUS! Trust me and make it.

This was really delicious! My husband doesn't like tomatoes, but he even ate it! The only change I made was adding way more cheese than it called for. More cheese makes everything better. Next time I may double the recipe so there are leftovers.
