I love to make this since it's so easy and tasty. I do find that the chicken can be a somewhat dry so I splash a little chicken broth in the bottom of the casserole dish.

It was a thumbs up from all. Used the corn suggestion and thought that "made" the meal. Would make this again.

Quick and easy recipe that the kids enjoyed. I added a 12 oz. can of corn (undrained) and omitted the water that the recipe called for. I used petite cut tomatoes.

we loved this recipe! I did create a layer of cottage cheese/egg/italian spices mixture over the chicken layer and under the stuffing mixture. We use this recipe frequently!

It was a hit with the Family, but a request for a little less tomatoes. So I will tweak it next time. Even my picky eater liked it.

Husband and kids loved it! They said I could definitely put it into our regular dinner rotation.

My husband really liked it. I thought it was decent but not the most delicious thing I've ever eaten.

One of my all time faves & super easy. I use Rotel instead of regular canned tomatoes for a little kick.

This is one of my family's favorite recipes. I have made this for years now. I made it like it states to do with layering the ingredients, but decided to try mixing everything together in one bowl and then putting it in the pan to bake it it comes out wonderful. I add a little extra cheese on top at the end of baking. I have to make a double batch every time now so we can have enough for lunch the next day.
