This is one of the few dishes with chicken breast that doesn't dry out the meat. I am going to try adding a little sharp chedder cheese next time. It also heated up nicely for lunch the next day. My Husband really liked this one.

This was really good and super easy to make. I used diced tomatoes with mushrooms and drizzled a little olive oil over the breasts before I added the basil. I would make this again!

I would only add more mozzerella cheese than what it calls for. Excellent and easy dish!

Very easy and tasty. I will make this again when I don't have a lot of time for meal prep and want something yummy for my family! I added extra mozarella and kosher salt to the recipe.

I expected this recipe to be better. It was very easy to make, but the chicken was bland and the garlic did not cook long enough. My 9 year old son took the top suffing off and only ate the chicken and cheese. I'm sure I could work with it to improve it.

Very flavourful and easy to make. A nice change from the usual stir fry's I normally make with chicken. Next time I'll try adding some veggies in with it too, just to get another serving in! I used Turkey Stove Top, and sprayed the dish with pam so the chicken didn't stick at all! Yummy! Highly recommend!
