Chicken was bland and tasteless.

Very good! My husband was very pleased. I cut the recipe in half (since there are just two of us now), and we'll enjoy the leftovers tomorrow night! Will definitely make again.

I love this recipe and have made it many times.Since I like tomatoes, I put a can of diced Italian seasoned tomatoes in the baking pan. I use chicken tenders, and lay them on top of the tomatoes, then follow the recipe. I've used the Italian blend cheese and mozzarella aas well. This is a great pot luck recipe, simple and satisfying.

Delish!!! Yes, wisey22, mushrooms have a TON of water in them. I made the mistake of putting them on a pizza raw then cooking it...BAD idea! I always cook mushrooms before putting them on anything now.

Wonderful! Super simple to prepare and absolutely yummy. Even my semi-picky 5-year-old enjoyed it. We didn't have basil, so substituted italian seasonings. We also used chicken tenders, but next time suggest following the recipe and cutting into bite-sized pieces so it's easier to serve. Definitely a keeper!

Dish is wouderful. I made this but left my chicken whole ontop of stuffing mixture. And glazed chicken with dressing.

ultimately, I would definitely make this again as it was super easy and pretty tasty. I added a layer of mushrooms, and cracked black pepper and oregano. Other than that, followed the recipe. Somehow ended up with a ton of liquid at the bottom, BUT I accidentally left it in the oven for close to an hour, and the liquid probably saved the chicken from being overcooked! Can't figure out where the liquid came from though - the mushrooms?
