Very good and easy to make. I lightly sprinkled some seasoning (salt, pepper, and garlic) over the chicken before adding the remaining ingredients. My 14-month old picky eater enjoyed it as a coarse puree with rice and creamed corn).

I couldn't wait to make this recipe but was disappointed with the end result. It looked delicious but tasted bland.

I would like to thank amber750 for the Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute tip. I marinated the chicken in olive oil + that seasoning and it was delicious! It definitely added "another dimension" to the dish, I think it would have been too bland without it. I will use that seasoning on many things to come. Great, simple to make dish.

This was so easy and delicious. My husband and daughter both rated it "a keeper" so we'll be having it again soon. I used garlic/onion tomatoes and 6 small cloves of garlic, half mozz and half parm cheese. Next time I might add an additional 1/8 to 1/4 cup water as it was just a tad bit on the dry side....but still love it for its ease and taste.

Easy and delicious. But I will look for a different stuffing mix next time. I had noticed that the Stove Top stuffing I used had MSG in it.
