My husband really liked it. I thought it was decent but not the most delicious thing I've ever eaten.

One of my all time faves & super easy. I use Rotel instead of regular canned tomatoes for a little kick.

This is one of my family's favorite recipes. I have made this for years now. I made it like it states to do with layering the ingredients, but decided to try mixing everything together in one bowl and then putting it in the pan to bake it it comes out wonderful. I add a little extra cheese on top at the end of baking. I have to make a double batch every time now so we can have enough for lunch the next day.

I've made this several times over the years and it's always a hit with my family. I more than double the cheese. For those whose dish came out soggy... try leaving the water out all together. Also if you double the stuffing like I tried once, part of the stuffing was really soggy but not on top, which I didn't like. Covering with foil and remove during last 15 min of cooking helps. Cheese on top no cheese on top it's good both ways.

This is one of my family's favorite. In the summer, it is a great way to use up the tomatoes in the garden. Fresh is always better than canned!

I love this recipe! Super easy and really tasty. Sometime I use the tomato's with basil, garlic and oregano. For those of you who say your chicken is under cooked make sure it's cut into bite size pieces like the recipe calls for. I cooked mine 30 min exactly and it's perfect!
