Bruschetta Chicken Bake is very quick and easy. This recipe is very good too. I have made it on several occasions. But one note is that I do soake the chicken in Italian dressing for a bit so the chicken is not dry :)

So easy to make!! Added some italian seasoning, garlic salt, garlic powder, and used canned diced tomatoes with green peppers, celery and onion. Flippin Awesome

Marinated the chicken in Sun Dried Tomato dressing before baking! DELICIOUS

I found this to be very dry. I think it should have been cooked at a lower temperature-maybe 350. My family did not care for this at all.

My husband liked this recipe more than I did but it was extremely easy to make and very little work required to prepare it. Not bad for a weekday dish and my husband likes that it is an italian dish that does not have pasta.

This is one of my go to recipes. I love it and everyone else eats it without complaint.

The dish was a hit at my house and so easy to prepare. I baked a chicken and used the leftover stuffing and chicken for this recipe.

The kids loved this just as much as the stuffed bruschetta chicken.

This recipe was very good, but the next time I make it I would add some kind of seasoning to the chicken like Mrs. Dash. My fiance enjoyed it, too, but that was his suggestion, as well. The chicken was kind of bland. I added some Mrs. Dash garlic and herb right to my helping, and it gave it that extra bit of flavor!! Very yummy recipe, all in all! :)

This is so good, one of my all time favorite go to quick meals. I use italian style tomatoes with basil and garlic. It also reheats very well in the microwave.
