ultimately, I would definitely make this again as it was super easy and pretty tasty. I added a layer of mushrooms, and cracked black pepper and oregano. Other than that, followed the recipe. Somehow ended up with a ton of liquid at the bottom, BUT I accidentally left it in the oven for close to an hour, and the liquid probably saved the chicken from being overcooked! Can't figure out where the liquid came from though - the mushrooms?
