I added more cheese than what it called for and a bit more of the tomatoes. I also topped it off with some fresh mozzarella that I had hanging out in the fridge. I cooked it exactly 30 minutes in a 9x13 pan. Everyone liked it including my 4 year old grandson!

Quick and delicious. I grind italian seasonings into the recipe as well and I leave the chicken breast whole.

This is a go to recipe for my kitchen. I always use more cheese than it calls for! Easy and quick and tasty too.

THe first time I made I found it a little bland, the second time I added pepper, Lawrys seasoning, garlic powder and minced onions to the chicken. I came out amazing. This will definately be a keeper.

It was an easy and quick meal to throw together, but my casserole dried out a little. If I was going to make it again, I probably would add another can of tomatoes since that would probably keep it moist and make the focus of the dish be the tomato blend instead of the stuffing. Also, I may drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on top.

I would probably make this again because of how easy it was- but I couldn't taste the cheese! And I felt like it needed something else.. was alright!
