My family loved this dish at Thanksgiving. I altered the cream cheese a bit, as I didn't have the flavoured kind. I added a dip mix to plain cream cheese, and it tasted great! It's even great as leftovers!

I went to the store to buy the ingredients for this recipe. I accidentally bought Okinawa Sweet Potatoes (purple sweet potatoes.) Let me just say, Happy Accidents are a good thing. It was excellent. Everyone in my family loved it!

This recipe has become our family's Thanksgiving tradition dish. My children who wouldn't even think about eating sweet potatoes just couldn't get enough of this layered yummy. I am thrilled to have accidently found this through internet search. Thank you to the Kraft website, we have a new family tradition to pass along to future generations. We love it and think that if you found this recipe, you too should try it.

I first made this recipe for Thanksgiving 2004. My sister and mother absolutely loved it. (My sister took the leftovers home with her and ate it all without giving my mom some!) Now whenever a holiday comes around, my sister demands I make this! Super easy to make and to adjust to your liking (I leave out the Parmesan Cheese).

The first time I made this, everyone enjoyed it. I thought I needed to add some more potatos. When I made it to take to Thanksgiving dinner (2004) I added more potato and eeryone still enjoyed it! Very easy, very delicious.

This recipe was so easy to make. I cannot imagine having potatoes any other way!! Everyone loved this recipe. I have also made a half recipe when there was only a couple people over for supper. It is great to make up before hand too.
