my meatloaf always falls apart mo matter what i do. so i tried this recipe. i have none left and hubby came back and made a snack that evening. i used ketchup instead of bbq and i had turkey stove top and i used milk in place of water. hubby said only thing wrong is i didnt make enough!
Great recipe and very easy to make. My husband likes savory meatloaf and I have been looking for a recipe for a while. He likes this a lot and so does my 2 year old.
I made this for my kids in my husband they enjoy eating meatloaf for the first time ever!!!!!!!
It was Very good
Instead of beef, I use a 20 oz package of ground turkey and reduce the water a tad. I use egg beaters instead of eggs to further reduce cholesterol. I use the BBQ option and bake in a meatloaf pan (like a bread loaf pan except there is a raised, perforated insert so grease can drip down)and I top with turkey bacon to add an additional layer of flavor. Love this, so easy I can easily make dinner after work before my husband gets home. :-)
I have made this a number of times and it turns out great everytime. I use 1 pound ground beef and 1 pound of ground turkey and cook it in muffin tins. Great recipe!
This was really good!
one word....AMAZING!!! i have never ever tasted meatloaf like this. its sooooo good and easy to make. i was a little worried when i made it with bbq sauce, wondering how good it would be....ohhh i loved it!!! sweet saucy taste and yummy stuffing<3 will make this regularly!
This is the best meatloaf! We especially like it with the barbecue sauce. I don't bother with dividing it into mini loaves... I leave it all together and just bake for about an hour.
This is one of my favorite recipes and really easy too, my husband LOVES meatloaf and makes his own from time to time. But since i'v made this recipe, he always asks me to make this one. The only thing i do different is substituted the 1 cup of water for 1 cup of milk....hope you enjoy it as much as we do :)
