We made the chicken-bbq meat loaves. Our 1 year old loved it! Thy also heated up well for lunches.

Extremely moist and full of flavor. Not only good when first cooked , but excellent for lunches.

I have made better meatloaves, but I have to rate this 4 stars for its simplicity. I used the cornbread stuffing, salsa, and green pepper combo. When it was done it was moist, but did not hold together when slicing. The taste was just good. I have one loaf leftover, and when I reheat it, I will add more salsa and a slice or two of Provolone cheese on top. Next time I would add some chopped onions and mushrooms (in addition to the green pepper), to the raw mixture, and, when it is almost done, add Provolone cheese on the tops to melt.

This was good and easy to make. The stuffing gives it extra flavor.

My fiance and his cousin loved this recipe...they had thirds. So it must have been good.

I used cornbread stuffing and ketchup and the meatloaf was excellent. It held together well. My meatloafs usually fall apart.

I used the chicken and barbecue sauce and was very disapointed. After using your reciepers from your magazine which I love, this was my first dsiapointment! Just wasn't exciting and made SO much!
