Used green peppers, BBQ sauce and cornbread stuffing. We'd definitely make it again.

This was delicious and I like individual meatloafs, eat what you want leftovers for sandwiches the next day, great recipe.

it came out PERFECT. i only ended up using 1/2 cup of spag.sauce (by mistake:i misread it,but im glad cuz like i said, it came out perfect=) and i added a little chunky-cut mushrooms and half a green pepper and half an onion. i bought the disposable loaf-size pans from the store & its a good thing i got the 3-pack glad cuz this recipe made enough to fill all 3! so i did, but i cooked only 1 and froze the others... i top it off w/a layer of ketchup and stuck it in the over. while it baked, i cut holes at the bottoms and sides of the pan (i put an old plate underneath) to drain the grease and lemme tell u.. this meatloaf came out PERFECT. it was juicy and filling and so delicious. i made mashed potatoes and this plate was the ultimate homecooked meal! it was sooo yummmmy :p

My children are not big beef/hamburger eaters. But, I chose the Chicken flavored stuffing, onion, and spaghetti sauce and they LOVED this! It tasted like a delicious italian meatball. The only thing I would do differently next time is cut down on the water added... makes it a little too wet. I can't wait to make this again!

I made this w/extra lean sirloin and shaped into 4 mini loaves. Since it is just my husband and me, I cooked one loaf and froze the other 3. We each eat 1/2 loaf. I thaw out the frozen ones in fridge night before. I used the spaghetti sauce and mozzarella grated cheese on top 5 mins. before end of baking. Yum!
