I loved this meatloaf!!!! My boys enjoyed it as well. It was such a wonderful change from my mothers' recipe(salsa&green pepper). SHHHHHH!, Don't tell. I am excited to try the other variations!! I tried the zippy potatoes and my boys were not that excited about the flavor. I love this site! I am getting a ton of ideas for dinner. It keeps me from the boring norm.

Finally, a meatloaf I can make! For years I have failed at my mom's meatloaf but now it doesn't matter... I have my own. The kids love this and it makes incredible meatloaf sammies. We use the herb ST and spaghetti sauce version. The individual loaves are too easy to freeze and portion out.

I used the cornbread variation. My family loved it and I used it for company dinner with raves.

I used the savory herb stove top stuffing & got a large jar of sauce and made ziti with it the first time---yummy. For leftovers we made instant garlic mashed potatoes & vegetables. Makes 3 meals for the 2 of us as it makes 4 loaves. So easy and so yummy

I just made this meatloaf for my family this week. They absolutely LOVED it. Especially my husband. I made it into 1 big loaf and baked it and serves as cold sandwiches and hot meatloaf sandwiches. Will make again very soon.
