YUM!! My husband and I just loved it! And, my mom said she loves it more than at her fave mexican restaraunt. I added double the corn for crunch, and more chicken to make it heartier. I'll definitely make it again. Made a double recipe the first time, making even more next time :)

My husband is not satisfied with any other tortilla soup. Whenever we go out he always remarks, "This is nowhere as good as yours". Thanks for the great recipe.

This was a very simple recipe to make, which was nice since it was my first time cooking since being in college. And it turned out wonderfully and my flatmates and friends loved it so much, they want me to make it for them again.

I added a can of cream of chicken soup to make it a creamy soup. It also tamed the spicyness down. It was excellent.

If your family loves Mexican, they will love this soup! My husband had 3 bowls for dinner and just couldn't get enough. He then woke up the next morning and ate the left-overs for breakfast! I just couldn't believe it (he ate it for breakfast!).
