This soup is a favorite at my house...and at my work place. Sometimes I add black beans and that's great too!

This was so easy and so delicious. I cheated a bit and used store bought tortilla chips to top it off at the end instead of making them myself like the recipe suggests. I reheated this soup the next day for lunch and it was even better!

I took this and used it as a "starter" recipe for my soup. I added a can of cheddar cheese soup,two cans chicken broth, chopped peppers, 1/2 small can diced green chilis, and brown instant rice. It all came together wonderfully and is now my favorite soup!
