Marvelous Minestrone

Marvelous Minestrone recipe
I loved this soup. It came together quickly, and was simple with canned and frozen veggies. I loved this Italian flavor to it! Would definitly make it again!

This was very good. Used stock instead of broth and frozen vegetables I had on hand, also used a dash of oregano and basil. Will definitely make this again.

I used a gumbo style mix of veggies to give it a unique look but it sure didn't change how easy & good this recipe is!

This was wonderful!! I used a Tuscan style vegetable mix that included artichoke hearts.

This recipe was simple to make, healthy and tasted good — a good, quick meal. I put a little extra Italian dressing and pasta in, but just because I love those items so much.

Very good recipe. I used red kidney beans instead of garbanzos. Very quick to make and nutritious.

Tastes homemade, but it's really easy to make with the frozen vegetables.

Very easy and good. Similar to my grandmothers (she's from Italy).
