My husband and I loved this soup, I have made it twice now, the first time I made it with the steak sauce and didn't care for that. The second time I left out the steak sauce and added a tsp. of beef base and gave it more flavor. This has now become my favorite soup and so easy to make.

I made this for dinner the other night & had some left over. A few nights later we had a roast & used some of soup. The roast was very tender & nice & juicy.

My fiance and I made this together. It was so easy (he knows nothing about cooking) I used the low-sodium broth but probably would not the next time around. I also cut down on the added water and add a package of onion dip seasonings for a little extra flavor.
