I made 6 cheesecakes in 1 week! Everybody loved it and wanted MORE! Good thing it's easy to make!

Loved this cheesecake. I even made it low-carb by ommitting the crust and subbing Splenda for sugar.

Even without the apples and almonds, this recipe is delicious. It is also very fast and easy, which is why I tried it to begin with.

I'm not a big cheesecake fan but this one is delicious! I plan to make this for Thanksgiving, the apples and cinnamon give the recipe an extra spark.

family loved it, i added cinammin to the cream cheese mixture and used apple pie filling instead of fresh apples

This is as good a cheesecake as I've ever had--and so easy to prepare! I used a large apple and left out the almonds. There are variations I plan to try, such as blueberries, peaches, or raspberries. Thank you, Kraft, for such a wonderful recipe.
