The cheesecake was moist yet firm, and the taste was good. I testedit,and I willl be serving it as one of the deserts at an oktoberfest I am having at my house. Thank you!
I used two (2) large apples - I love more apples in a recipe - I also omitted the almounds - don't care for nuts that much -
