This Torte was a hit at my office pot luck! It is absolutely delicious! In addition to the vanilla extract I added almond extract to the cream cheese mixture! Thanks for the delicious recipes!

I made this recipe using splenda and reduced fat cream cheese. It turned out just as good if not better! I absolutely love this recipe

I've made this recipe twice in a row. It was so delicious, especially with ice cream. I didn't have any pears, so I used apples as well. Also, I added crushed corn flakes to the crust and it made the crust a little crispy.

I have made this recipe numberous times. Everyone has enjoyed it. The first time I made it with fresh pears...the pears were crunchy...so I have used canned pears and like the results better. I have also made it with apples and with peaches. It presents nicely, looking like you spent hours making it when you actually haven't!

The recipe was really easy, but I think I left it in the oven too long, it was hard for me to tell when the middle was set, as I have never cooked something like this before. It was still very delicious and I would like to try it again sometime.
