A delicious combination of pears, cinnamon and cheese over a slightly sweet crust. I used the regular cream cheese but next time I might try the less fat cream cheese.

Easy to make and DELICIOUS! I ate four pieces! Used a regular cake pan instead of a spring form and it still came out beautiful. Really impressed the company with creme fraiche on top.

VERY EASY. Delicious Recipe that worked well with a wine and cheese party as a dessert. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Only negative was it took much longer to cook than recipe notes.

I made this recipe for a country bunny party and it was really wonderful. It was my first time with a springform pan and I had a little trouble getting the bottom to release but everyone thought it was beautiful and tasted wonderful. thank you for the magazine and the wonderful recipes on line.

Made this one for ladies' night and had a request for the recipe from a pastry chef! Next time I would use a simple syrup glaze instead of the cinnamon/sugar mixture- I think the pear flavor would stand out more.

This is an easy dessert to prepare and looks impressive, but I was dissappointed with the cream cheese layer results. The juices from the pears made the cream cheese layer soggy and curdled. I think if I were to do this again I would increase the cheesecake portion a bit and cook the fruit in a saute pan on the stove top. Then put it together after the cheesecake has baked and cooled.
