Delicious, a keeper! Instead of the cubed pork, I cooked a pork roast, and, at the end, added a bit of cornstarch to make a sauce. I didn't use rice, my family prefers potatoes. With the leftovers, I added
fresh beansprouts and made a chop suey dish. Worth every bite. Note: I baked sweet yams as a side dish....this tasted like a holiday meal!
