I havn't tried it yet. It sounds easy and uncomplicated and delicious. I am sure I will lke it.

Delicious, a keeper! Instead of the cubed pork, I cooked a pork roast, and, at the end, added a bit of cornstarch to make a sauce. I didn't use rice, my family prefers potatoes. With the leftovers, I added fresh beansprouts and made a chop suey dish. Worth every bite. Note: I baked sweet yams as a side dish....this tasted like a holiday meal!

Next time, I will use pineapple cubes not chunks -- was too overpowering. My husband ate two bowls though.
