I enjoy making so many recipes on this site although i limit the cheese part but still they turn out to be so yummy.as we all are on a salad soup diet this recipe was extremely loved by the whole family..

Was a quick recipe served over coarsely chopped lettuce, but would be great served as a wrap using whole lettuce leaves. The recipe itself was a bit bland but the crunch of the vegetables was great. I might use Hoisin sauce in place of the soy sauce. Didn't have any peanuts but substituted chopped almonds which, blended very well. Definitely will make this one again. I love lettuce wraps, but tortillas would work too.

FANTASTIC ! i read the comments where there wasn't enough sauce so i doubled the catalina, but did 3 TBS of lite soy ! DELISH !!!! will absolutely make again - also makes a great vegetarian meal without the chicken !

Very good and extremely easy to make. I did use a wok instead of a frying pan.

Outstanding! Cooks up quickly, has loads of veggies and taste. Peanuts add a nice touch. Would prefer to use brown rice versus salad greens.

I just put it on rice instead of salad greens, and it was great.

REALLY GOOD...i used the variation of turning this into a wrap using flour tortillas ... and it was very delicious. Nice twist on a stirfry!
