Instead of salad greens, I served it over rice. Other alterations were a little more chicken, a little more dressing and I added red pepper flakes to the soy sauce before mixing it in to give it some kick. I used sweet onion, red bell pepper, broccoli and zuchini.
My husband and I thought it was great and I found it easy to prep and easy to cook. I would add the broccoli with the chicken instead of with the other veggies since it was overcooked at 9 minutes.
Definitely one we will repeat frequently! It tasted as good as Chinese takeout but without the grease!
