I liked it. My family all agreed with the same problem. They didn't like the extra cheese. They said it was too gooey. My son who hates sour cream said I know you put sour cream in this. I love sour cream and could tell but he was the single vote of 'disgusting' everyone else said good but not great. Don't put it in the keep file.

I regularly make this for my children's pasta parties for high school sports. All of the "kids" love it.

I have made this recipe many times and the only addition to the recipe is crushed ritz crackers with melted butter sprinkled on top before baking. I will never make regular mac and cheese again!

I've made it a few times. Was very surprised that it was so good, would never have thought to add sour cream to mac and cheese.

I really liked it, but my husband likes it a little creamier. I would make it again though, maybe add more velveeta processed cheese.

This recipe was bittersweet. The noodles were very mushy (and I'm not the type that prefers al dente.)I added a little salt and white pepper. The taste was spot on. For those who like to make mac n' cheese meals, this is a great recipe. Just add your favorite mix-ins.

Very Good! This was a simply way to make a sometimes timely recipe! I also loved that it was all in one dish...less dishes! I crushed some crackers and mixed them with melted butter and added them for the last 5 mins in the oven to add some more flavor and the real home baked taste!
