I forgot to say that not only was it good, but the leftovers the next day was still cheesy. That's rare for mac-n-cheese. My husband and I loved it. My 7 year old liked it too, but not as much as the regular way of making it.

This is now our preferred recipe for Mac & Cheese. Very easy and very cheesy. Tastes like homemade.

I probably would not make this again. My kids ate a little of it, but would prefer the stove top version.

I didn't bake it, I just made the macaronie normal, then I added the cheese and sour cream just before serving.

nothing special, but if i make it again i'll be making some changes. the mac was too soggy for my taste, so maybe toasting it a little at the end.
