This was just ok for me, it tasted good and my kids loved it but I didn't like the technique. It was quite messy and the pasta was way over cooked and it stuck together. I topped it with tomato slices and the cheese. If I was to make this again I would make it on the stove top and then bake it in the oven.

Made this for Thanksgiving last year. It was easy because it just went in the oven. Everyone loved my "homemade" macaroni and cheese. Requested to make it again.

Any recipe with Macaroni in it is always one of my favorites. I can't remember nevernot eating macaroni, but when cheese and sour cream is added it just can not get any better. Wonderful!
