This is the best stuffed peppers recipe that I have ever used. My husband even loved it.

Good and easy. I used a spicy, roasted red pepper salsa and that really kicked up the flavor.

I used white rice rather than brown for more color variance (It's got to look good!). I added spices like cumin and crushed red pepper to the meat. I added one can of drained black beans to the mixture. I served it with a dollap of sour cream on top (or on the side). And it was FANTASTIC.

Boy! What an easy dish. A nice change from a traditional stuffed pepper. I used red bell peppers and I also added some frozen peas. It was a hit. Will make this recipe again.

This was a good dinner, but I wasn't extremely impressed.

OMG! Sooo Good!! The only thing I did differently was add some seasoning to the ground beef. My boyfriend loved it so much - and he is a very picky eater!!

This wasn't bad but didnt' have much flavor. If I made this again, I would mix extra cheese into the meat mixture and cook the peppers longer so they get soft.
