Maybe I did something wrong...but I patted the chicken dry with paper towels then coated it with the marmalade and rolled it in bread crumbs. When we went to eat it the marmalade tasted burnt and just nasty. I like just coating the chicken in panko and parm cheese and dipping it in duck sauce...way better!

this is one of my favorite go to for when we have first time dinner guests - especially if they have kids. the kids love it and the presentation is excellent. The chicken is never dry!

This was a good one. I had no problem getting the jam to stick on the chicken. I added some garilc on top of the chicken before baking. Also you may want to watch it while baking, My oven baked it faster than what was called for.

I made this for my husband and a couple of friends, and it was a HIT! I have since made it numerous times...its a definite repeat recipe!! I don't measure the amount of orange marmalade for coating, just use whats needed, and I make the dressing to taste, which I have tossed with lettuce as well as spinach.

disgusting. I made this a while ago and my wife still comments on how bad it was. The orange marmalade does not work well as a coating.

It's one of my husband's favorite meals! I highly recommend you pat the chicken dry with a papertowel, otherwise it's very difficult to spread the marmalade.

Made this recipe yesterday and it was good. The dressing was real good and the chicken was uniquely good. I will make this recipe again

This is good! I used mandrin oranges instead of slices and added sliced strawberries and toasted sliced almonds to the spinach salad. Perfect for summer!
