This was a total crowd pleaser!! I have made it several times. Once I was out of coating mix and used crushed corn flakes to coat, it was still delicious. I even taught my teenage niece how to fix it and she made big points with the family.

This has become a standard dinner in my house...I increase the dressing, and make a bigger salad, and my husband LOVES it!

Love this recipe. Use canned mandarin oranges instead of the sliced oranges to make it easier.

Pretty good. I used a lot more marmalade and Shake-n-bake to get it completely covered.

Orange marmalade added flavor to the chicken. I loved it. I didn't put the chicken on top on the salad but served it on the side with the dressing. Really liked the flavor of the dressing with the marmalade also.

GREAT!! with the green I put onions strips and grape tomatoes cut in half for color(TASTE WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD)put the bed down chicken on top with corn on cob and baked potatoe-looked like a PICTURE! not plain chicken anymore-THANK YOU,I'm doing his also on porl loin chops.
