We loved this recipe. We would like it hotter, would keep the seeds with the the stuffing. Blanche the jalepenos to make them softer. Tasty!

Having an abundance of small banana peppers at end of season, I stuffed them with this mixture to which I added 2 diced cayenne peppers. Made ahead, they really spiced up the flavor.

Use a spicey sausage, as hamburger is too bland to any jalepeno. Hard to see bland with jalepeno :) Also, some red pepper flakes.

easy to make. a little bland though so i added hot sauce and spices to the meat

I served these at a party, big hit. Everyone loved them.

Made them without the meat and added green onions. Blanched peppers for 30 seconds to soften up a bit before baking. Blanching seemed to make the pepper hotter.
