Delicious, they were gone in no time. A little worried nobody would like them because of the raisens and almonds, they were a hit. Even made some w/o the tomatoes,so everyone could have some.

I will try this recipe and also leave out the raisins.

When I make this, I think I may leave out the raisin and almond. I like raisins and almonds, but perfer them in a trail mix. For the most part however, this looks like a good recipe. I love cheddar stuffed peppers, and also enjoy stuffed bell peppers. This looks like it fits right in.

The meat mixture was good (I also substituted onions for the raisins and almonds), but the peppers were way hot. I don't guess there is a way of knowing just how spicy the peppers are going to be until it is too late. My husband liked it, though.

Nowhere as hot as people expect. I had to persuade people to take the first bite, but after that, they disapear quickly

My husband was ecstatic that I used banana peppers from the garden instead of jalapenos. They were excellent and I look forward to serving this as an appetizer the next time we have guests over.

These were really good and easy! I substitued 1/2 pound of Jimmy Dean sausage in place of the ground beef. Mine didn't look as pretty as the picture, but they tasted good. I'll make these again!
