I have made this many times in the past month and have requests for it and the recipe!!
It's the moistest cake, I've ever made. My mom who doesn't like pumpkin even loved it.

I first had this cake at a friend's home and immediately begged for the recipe! I am not a big fan of pumpkin flavored things, and really don't like pumpkin pie at all, but this cake is absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS!! It is probably the most moist cake I've ever had. I am making it for our family's Thanksgiving get-together where I am sure it'll be a HUGE hit. You won't be disappointed!
Made this for my garden club and everyone seemed to REALLY like it. I am not a big pumpkin fan, so I only had a small bite, but it did not have a heavy pumpkin taste, but rather a really spicy/creamy taste that I thought was a great way to welcome the Fall!

Heaven on a plate! I made it without the caramel, and it still practically flew off the plate. I've made it twice so far, and I still have people asking for it for Thanksgiving. Trust me, this one is a keeper!
This is great for the holidays. Light pumkin taste with a ton of flavor!! The filling is delicious and the caramel topping..mmmmm!! Went over very well with guests. Nice presentation.
My sister in law brought this to a pumpkin carving party-it was GONE!!! I made it the next day for work using a 10x15 pan and spread the frosting on top. I've given this recipe to at least 10 people since, and I'm making for Thanksgiving too.
I brought this for a Thanksgiving luncheon and there was one slice is a beautiful and tasty cake. I doubled the filing recipe, used more between the layers to make the cake taller and then piped additional dollaps on top before adding the pecans and caramel. The caramel dripping from the dollaps was very pretty. I will definately make this one again.
