My family asks me to make this for all occasions, Birthdays, Holidays, any day they can think of a reason to have it!

Takes time, kind of messy but very, very good.
This was a huge hit and was visually impressive. The delicate pumpkin flavor was a nice change from traditional cakes.
Ya gotta try this one. I Made this cake for a retirement party, found it to be delicious. It is an impressive looking cake being 4 layers and was yummy. I used neufchatel cream cheese to reduce some fat. Did not have pecan pcs, used walnut pieces. Going to make another one, but I will use 2 eggs and 2=egg beaters, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 splenda blend for baking to further reduce fat and sugar.
This cake is not only delicious, it is also beautiful! I made this cake for a thanksgiving dinner at church, and everyone loved it! It was the talk of the night and it's become a new favorite, and a staple for all of our get togethers! Pumpkin is not my favorite flavor but I had to try this cake since it was so pretty, and I loved it! Will make this over & over again!

Everyone kept telling me that I should open up a cake shop! I made a little boo boo but the cake turned out amazing. I will make this cake again and commit to my prior mistake.. Everyone has asked me for this recipe because they all love it. Only suggestion is to make it the day before because it will get more moist.
