I made it for a ladies' function. It was extremely easy to make. It made a great impression just by the sheer beauty of presentation. Next, the taste was very light, not too sweet, and made us think of Fall and Thanksgiving and the holidays! Many people asked me for the recipe, so I gave them the information to sign up for your magazine! Thanks for the great magazine! Keep it up!

Very easy and decadent! I double the recipe and bake in 11 inch cake pans for a giant, beautiful cake. I also put dollops of whipped cream around the edge of the top layer to finish it off.

A very good and pretty cake. The only thing I did different was I frosted the top and drizzled the carmel and topped with pecans. Very Pretty yum
