My husband is not much of a cake eater, but this one as they say "took the cake". He loved it, and so did everyone at work. Not only was it delicious, easy to make, it was also a beautiful cake. I will make it again, and especially for special occasions.

We had this for dessert tonight at a friend's house and everyone thought it was excellent! To liven it up, a person could add individual spices like ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice to their individual taste instead of the pumpkin pie spice mixture. It was light and just sweet enough...

I didnt really care for this recipe. It tasted very bland and didnt think it was was sweet enough. The recipe was very easy but was not worth the effort to me.

This was so easy and tasted wonderful. I was surprised that other people considered this light, as it seemed very rich (and WONDERFUL) to me. I brought it to work for someone's birthday and everyone loved it.

I made this recipe for our school's annual Bake-Off contest. Coincidentally, so did another mom. We took 1st and 2nd places. The only difference was that I made a double batch of the filling and piped rosettes on the top. Everyone loved it. It is a really impressive looking, as well as an impressive tasting dessert. I will be making this again and again!
