Absolutely amazing!!! It was totally gone the night I made it. I substituted some ice cream topping called Praline Crunch for the nuts and it totally worked!!! LOVE it!
Absolutely fabulous! I made this for my daughter's birthday, it was gone in less than two days. I would recommend using caramel ice cream topping instead of actual melted caramels (they hardened), but it was still great.
This cake is not only delicious, but makes a huge presentation. I've made it three times in the past week for different occasions. It is now my favorite Thanksgiving dessert recipe! Thanks
Wow! This was easy and made a huge hit at our church Thanksgiving dinner last week. I didn't have a yellow cake mix on hand, so I substituted a carrot cake mix and it was so delicious! Everyone raved about how it looked and tasted. Thanks for the recipe!
This cake was totally awesome. I did a test run before Thanksgiving and my children, who want eat pumpkin pie devoured this. I made 1 1/2 times the icing so I could ice the entire cake so the leftovers would noy dry out, however there was very little leftover to refirgerate.
It was easy to make and taste wonderful.

I made this cake for a party I was having right before Thanksgiving to test peoples thoughts..The cake got RAVE reviews, everyone loved it vs. a traditional pumpkin pie. Its very smooth and tasteful. I am making this for Thanksgiving, its a must now in our family! My only tip would be to watch the video that shows how to make this, it gives lots of little tips that are very helpful
