This cake is wonderful! I made the cakes the day before and put it all together a few hours before I was going to serve it. Everyone raved about it and I will make it again in a heartbeat. It looks really beautiful too!

I made this dessert for my mothers group and couldnt believe how many people asked for the recipe. I used a little more cool whip and cream cheese than the recipe called for and it was delicious, and certainly presents as well as it tastes

I made this cake for my husband to take to his work and everyone LOVED it. Even our finicky children tried...and loved it. That's saying something; they never try anything new. Happy Holidays.

Had this at a Holloween party at work and was such a hit! Hints: Make 3 thin cakes and you don't have try to frost crumbs on the cut cake and substitue cinnamon for the spice for more of a subtle flavor.

I made this for a halloween/fall party with a group of 20/30 something's from church and they loved it! I would definitely wait to add the caramel until it's is ready to be served though. It soaks into the cake if you don't wait. This recipe is perfect for fall!
