Great! Used non-fat cream cheese and couldn't tell the difference-- plus I iced the entire cake since I don't like carmel. It was a HUGE hit. You'll love this cake if you love pumpkin pie!!

IT WAS GREAT!!!! MOIST, EASY TO MAKE AND EVERYONE RAVED ABOUT IT. MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE A MASTER CHEF. I THINK I'D ADD PECANS BETWEEN EACH LAYER TOO, JUST FOR A LITTLE ADDED CRUNCH

A fabulous cake for the holidays! Tip - Just as good if lite cream cheese is substituted.

I TOOK IT TO A CHURCH DINNER AND IT WAS GONE! tHE COOL WHIP MAKES THE FILLING VERY LIGHT AND IT HAS A GREAT PUMPKIN TASTE. I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE IT AGAIN OVER THE HOLIDAYS. I'VE PASSED IT ON TO SEVERAL FRIENDS.

I've made this twice and it is really impressive for how easy it is. The only problem I've had is trying to even the filling on the three layers. I want it to look about the same for each layer.

This cake was really good. I bought pumpkin pie with spices and deleted the pumpkin spice. Also, I had so much frosting I was able to frost sides and top. In the future I would not divide the cake into 4 layers but do the traditional 2 layers. Then to serve drizzle with carmel. It took twice as long to cook as the recipe called for. I made it for a dinner party and it was a HUGE hit!
