This is really good! It dried up pretty quickly when I made it, so you need to eat it right off the stove.

WE HAD THIS WITH MY HUSBAND'S GRILLED CHICKEN THIGHS & HE RAVED,"THIS IS A KEEPER"! WHAT A GREAT TASTE, & SO EASY TO MAKE. I GROW & LOVE CHERRY TOMATOES, SO NEXT TIME I WILL ADD MORE THAN THE 1/2 CUP. OTHERWISE I WOULDN'T CHANGE A THING!

This has become a favorite! I like to make it for company, because everyone raves about it. When kids and grands come they always want it. I double the recipe because everyone wants seconds.

This is one of the best recipes in the magazine yet. It is so delicious but DO NOT use low fat cream cheese.

I used garlic and herb light cream cheese rather than the chive and onion. I think this would be great with scallions in it, as well. You could also add other vegetables.

I make this recipe at LEAST twice a week! It is SO delicious and my 2 finicky kids love it too! I have added fresh basil to top it off and it is sooo good. I think I may try a garlic bread on the side sometime. This dish is really good as is, but if you like your bacon crispier then take it out of the pan and sprinkle on top before you serve/eat it...stays crispy and yummy and also stores better for leftovers the next day. I highly recommend this recipe. It's quick and easy and just gets better everytime I make it.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. IT IS BETTER WHEN IT IS AT ROOM TEMP. IT ALSO NEEDS MORE COLOR, NEXT TIME I MAKE IT I WILL ADD SOME SLICED BLACK OLIVES.
