I never really liked beets but after eating this recipe, I really enjoy this salad. The beets really gave the recipe a certin zip.

My husband usually passes on the salad, but he not only enjoyed this salad, he requested that I make it again. I wasn't sure about the beets, orange and Raspberry Vinaigrette, but the combination is great. It's become a family favorite.

I am always looking for easy green salads that are different. I added Romaine and cut back on the greens. The almonds and the dressing really blended well with all the flavors.
